the best effects are AA, Ari,B or V with 25% FFR or 50% Vats crit damage. Quad is pretty worthless with flamer mod as it does not quadruple the mag on a flamer. i would reroll that one. the best effects are AA, Ari,B or V with 25% FFR or 50% Vats crit damage. I changed the flamer attachment to automatic barrel and the automatic rifle perks increased it's damage. I didn't see any attachment for an automatic flamer mod. Stabilized stock, reflex sight, if you have the flamer mod you are just looking for those two on a looted enclave if it drops with flamer barrel too all the better. I’m saving up my plasma carts so I just use railway for now but all are explosive (minus the enclave) so I’m not worried plus I have ledg int so I have 15 I just flip flop explosive perks for science perks just depending on the mood lol
